When availability has been confirmed by email, a booking deposit of £300 and a signed booking form will secure the booking. BACS details will be supplied by email once booking has been confirmed. The deposit will be returned (less any deductions for breakages) as soon as possible after your stay.

 

The villa is normally available weekly from Saturday and for short breaks/weekends depending on season. To allow for complete cleaning, guests must not arrive before 4pm and must leave the house by 10am on the morning of departure.
